Church Space Poland brings together pastoral vision, financial discipline and real development experience to help evangelical churches establish permanent roots in Polish cities.
Our first project is planned in Warsaw with SCh Zachód. The ambition reaches beyond one congregation: to create a model that other churches can adapt and use.
Each person brings a different kind of knowledge needed to move from vision to a completed place. Together, they connect the needs of local churches with the financial and practical demands of development.
Adam brings pastoral experience and work in church planting in Poland through Ewangeliczna Polska. The project is being developed under his guidance, connecting its property model to the wider needs of evangelical communities and their mission.
He helps keep the central question in view: will this place strengthen a church and serve its city for years to come?
Marcin is a pastor of SCh Zachód, an economist and an experienced chief accountant. His years in a corporate finance role bring practical knowledge of accounting, tax rules and financial controls to the project.
His contribution is essential to responsible stewardship, clear reporting and a structure that can stand up to scrutiny from donors and partners.
Roman brings practical development and construction know-how. He has delivered and continues to deliver commercial projects using similar economic logic, in which value from one part of a development helps make the whole project viable.
His experience in moving projects from concept through delivery gives Church Space Poland a realistic starting point for its first Warsaw development.

The plan is to establish Church Space Poland as a Polish limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) operating on a not-for-profit basis. It may conduct development activity and generate a surplus. That surplus would be retained and reinvested in permanent church space and future projects, rather than paid out to shareholders.
The company's founding documents should define this purpose, restrict distributions, specify who makes key decisions, protect each church's space and set rules for reporting and conflicts of interest. The precise legal and tax structure will be reviewed before registration.
SCh Zachód is the first community for which this model is being developed. Its need for a permanent home makes the project concrete. The pilot should also produce design, legal and financing knowledge that can be adapted to different churches and cities.
